Last Tuesday 21th May, we held a webinar on Innovative Financing of Energy Communities. The event was primarily focused to Catalan entities willing to understand which are the alternatives to traditional financing for the deployment of energy communities. The webinar was divided in two sections. The first section focused on the presentation of the different existing alternatives in energy communities financing, with presentations from HOLTROP and ECROWD. The second section focused on best practices from different real examples, with presentations from GOIENER, OSONA ENERGIA Coop and ENERGETICA coop. Finally, a very interesting debate around the main barriers to the financing of energy communities and how can we overcome them took place. This event was hold in Catalan.
